How to Create a Sharable Amazon Business Report Using Junglytics

Prepare Your Junglytics Dashboard

Imagine you have a weekly report you want to share. You've set up a Junglytics dashboard with the relevant data for a specific date range (e.g., April 8th to 14th). You can add notes directly on the dashboard to highlight key points, like actions taken, summaries, or problem areas.

For example, you might see a drop in sales for a specific product line. You can add a note suggesting a breakdown by primary variant to investigate further. This kind of annotated dashboard is a great starting point for your client report.

Generate a Public URL from Junglytics Report

Once your dashboard is ready, click "Create Report" to generate a public report URL. This process ensures the data is up-to-date. You'll then receive a new public URL you can share.

Share a Junglytics Report With Your Client

Copy the public URL and paste it directly into an email to your client. They can access the report without needing to log in to Junglytics.

As for the client-side view: The client will see a snapshot of your dashboard with all the labels intact. They can explore the data within the date range you set, but the date won't change on their end. They can still interact with the charts and tables to get more details.

Manage Reports for Your Contacts

In the navigation menu, you'll find a new "Reports" page. This page shows all the reports you've generated. Clicking on a report opens it in edit mode, allowing you to:

  • Update the report title.
  • Update the text cards with additional information.

This lets you refine the report based on feedback before sharing it definitively. You can always copy the public link again for sharing purposes.
