Good data fuels good decisions. That much is obvious. But Amazon businesses, sellers, and agencies often struggle with pulling valuable insights from Seller Central.

There are two reasons for this. First and foremost, manually pulling and analyzing data from Seller Central is cumbersome and time-intensive; and even then, how do you know the findings are accurate? Secondarily, Seller Central is severely lacking in essential insights at the product level, region level, and variation level of your Amazon business.

That’s why we created Junglytics, a customizable Amazon Seller Central alternative, helping sellers explore important data insights to power their business decisions.

Today, we’ll show you how easy it is to customize your data-driven insights in Junglytics. Specifically, we’ll cover how to apply card filters in Junglytics.

Applying Card Filters in Junglytics

Within Junglytics, users can set up an Amazon data analytics dashboard showing the data most important to their needs. In this case, units sold by primary variant (such as color variations).

Junglytics, an Amazon analytics tool for sellers, is made up of dashboards. This dashboard shows a series of cards specific to units sold by primary variant over the past 7 days.

A stacked bar graph helps to show how each color variant sold adds up to the total number of units sold. But what if you want to apply a single filter for an individual card without editing the entire dashboard?

This Junglyics data analytics dashboard for Amazon sellers is labeled: "Filters for the entire dashboard" and "just the USA."

Since Amazon caters to shoppers all over the world, some sellers are especially interested in breaking down their performance to specific regions. The above card only shows USA data—while respecting all the other filters for the entire dashboard.

With just a few clicks, Amazon sellers can adjust a card to show data specific to Germany and compare this to the USA data.

This Junglytics dashboard is labeled. A circle shows the user where to access card settings in the top-right corner. And an arrow points to the region-specific drop-down menu.y
Access card setting in the upper right corner of the card itself. Use the menus to customize a single card without affecting the entire dashboard.

To customize the card:

  • Open the card settings by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the card
  • Click the “card filters” tab
  • Use the drop-down menu to select “region”
  • Unselect all
  • Select Germany
  • Hit save to apply it to the card

The card reloads with a tag showing that the data here is specific to just Germany.

The above data analytics card show Amazon data only for Germany. The card below it shows Amazon data for the USA only. Now the user can see these both side by side.
Within a few clicks, Junglytics users can compare data sets specific to their needs. In this case, units sold by primary variant specific to a USA market and a German market.

We can see it's a very different picture in Germany for this same chart compared to the USA. From here, you can make your own decisions about what to do next. Will you increase investments to grow your footprint in Germany? Or will you drop this market to focus effort elsewhere?
